Hi, I’m Kelly. As a trauma-informed, Certified EMDR Therapist and an Approved Consultant-in-Training, my passion is supporting people on their journey to healing. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate trauma, and I’m here to help you move toward the peace, balance, and sense of self you’re striving for. Together, we’ll work to help you feel the way you truly want to feel.
I offer a variety of therapeutic services, including EMDR, Brainspotting, ERP for OCD, CBT and experiential techniques like art-based interventions.
